Recipe - Boursin Cheese

1 pack (8oz) cream cheese;
softened
1 Stick butter; softened
One half teaspoon Dill weed
One half teaspoon Fines herbes
One fourth teaspoon Garlic salt
2 (up to)
3 Sprigs parsley
Lemon pepper (optional)

Combine all ingredients in food processor bowl until well blended or use a
mixer. Chill until stiff enough to form into whatever shape is desired.
Refrigerate until ready to ssrve. May be served as is, or rolled in lemon
pepper. Serve with wheat crackers.
