Recipe - Bourbon Sauce

9 cup Worcestershire sauce
8 cup Catsup
4 cup Apple cider vinegar
2 cup Packed brown sugar
1 One half cup Tomato juice
One half cup Tabasco sauce
One half cup Paprika
One half cup Pepper
One half cup Salt
One half cup Minced garlic
6 tablespoon Onion powder
Liquid smoke to taste; (yea
right)

Combine above in a large saucepan, mix well. Simmer for 1 hour,
stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand until cool.
Stir in 1 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey. Yield 1.5 gal.
