Recipe - Bourbon Ice Cream

1 5oz bottle soy sauce
One fourth cup Firmly packed brown sugar
One fourth cup Bourbon
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One half cup Water
Place 6 steaks (NY Strip, Ribeye, Sirloin) in a large shallow glass dish.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour marinade over meat;
cover with saran wrap and marinate for 8 hours in refrigerator.
Drain meat, discard marinade. Place on grill about 5 inches from mediumhot
coals. Cook meat 34 minutes on each side for medium rare.
NOTES : This marinade makes the steaks taste like "Bourbon Street" steaks=
from Steak"N Ale, a restaurant here in the South.
