Recipe - Bourbon Fudge

2 cup Vanilla wafers; finely
crushed
One fourth cup Bourbon
12 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup Sweetened condensed milk
Sweet milk cocoa
Finely chopped walnuts

Combine crushed wafers and bourbon; mix until crumbs are moistened. Melt
chocolate. Add condensed milk and stir just to blend. Slowly stir chocolate
mixture into crumb mixture. Shape into 1inch balls. Roll in milk chocolate
or walnuts. Let stand until cool. Makes about 5 One half dozen.
