Recipe - Bourbon Cream Sauce

2 pound Ground chuck
One half cup Diced fresh mushrooms
One fourth teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One fourth teaspoon Soy sauce
One fourth teaspoon Seasoned salt
One fourth teaspoon Coarse ground black pepper
One fourth Jigger bourbon
Mix all ingredients well & make into 6 to 8 patties. Charcoal broil over
hot fire using wet hickory or pecan wood for smoke flavor. Cook to
mediumwell.
