Recipe - Bourbon Cream

Three fourths cup Half and half cream
One half cup Milk
4 ounce Pk instant French vanilla
Or vanilla pudding mix
2 tablespoon Bourbon or rum
In a mixing bowl,whip together cream,milk,pudding mix and
bourbon.Refrigerate until slightly thickened.Serve on or beside slices of
pie.Makes 1 One half cups.
Note: Combine remaining One half pudding mix with 1 cup of milk to make 2
servings of pudding.
