Recipe - Bourbon-Raisin Ice Milk

1 cup Sugar
2 cup Skim milk
One half cup Milk chocolatecovered
raisins; chopped
One half cup Egg substitute
One fourth cup Bourbon
One half teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cn Evaporated skimmed milk;
(12ounce)
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and stir well. Pour mixture
into the freezer can of an icecream freezer, and freeze according to
the manufacturer's instructions. Spoon the ice milk into a
freezersafe container; cover and freeze 2 hours or until firm. S: 8
cups (serving size: One half cup).
