Recipe - Boston Fruit Cookie

1 lg Head Boston lettuce; rinsed,
drained, chilled
VINAGRETTE DRESSING
3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon White vinegar
One fourth teaspoon Dijon mustard
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Fresh ground pepper
3 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
Arrange lettuce on individual salad plates. Combine oil, vinegar, mustard,
salt and pepper; mix well. Toast sesame seeds in 350 oven in flat pan for
1012 minutes or until golden. Immediately before serving, drizzle dressing
over lettuce; top with sesame seeds. Yield 4 servings.
