Recipe - Bosenberry Or Blackberry Leather

13 ounce Salt
1 One half ounce Black pepper
1 ounce Chili powder
1 tablespoon Celery salt
1 Small can allspice
1 Small can onion powder
2 ounce Red pepper
1 ounce Garlic powder
1 ounce MSG (optional)
1 Small can nutmeg
1 Small can ground cloves

Combine all ingredients and rub into meat prior to placing on the pit. This
