Recipe - Borden Cracker Jack

1 One half cup Flour
One half cup 10x sugar
Three fourths cup Butter
4 Eggs
1 One half cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One half cup Lemon juice
3 tablespoon Flour
One fourth cup 10x sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour & 10x sugar in bowl. Cut in butter
until crumbly. Press onto bottom of lightly greased 13x9 pan. Bake 15
minutes. Mix eggs, sugar, baking powder, lemon juice and 3T flour
together. Pour over baked crust. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until lightly
browned. COol and cut into bars. Sprinkle with remaining 10x sugar. Stor
in refridgerator. This is similar to Vicki's Lemon Bars.
