6 Boneless pork loin chops;
1/2" thick, ( I use
breakfast chops with bone
in)
One half teaspoon Onion powder
One half teaspoon Celery salt
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
One fourth teaspoon Cumin powder
Trim fat if there is any. Combine the spices and rub into the meat on all
sides. Let the meat sit for 5 minutes. Preheat the machine for 5 minutes.
Close the lid; and grill for 67 minutes. Don't overcook.
