Recipe - Bonchi (Curried Beans)

250 g Beans
1 Onion
1 Fresh chilli
50 ml Oil
sprig curry leaves
One fourth teaspoon Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Cumin
One half teaspoon Turmeric
75 ml Thick coconut milk
Wash and trim the beans as desired. Chop the onion and chilli. Heat the oil
and fry the onion and curry leaves until fragrant. Add the beans, chilli,
powder, cumin and turmeric and cook for 3 minutes. Add the coconut milk and
