Recipe - Bolognese Pasta Sauce

1 pound Minced meat; (beef or pork
or mixed)
1 Onion; minced
1 Clove garlic; chopped
1 cn Mushrooms; (or fresh), cut
into small pieces
1 lg Can tomatoes; chopped
1 Cube beef stock
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Oregano
Source: family recipe
Fry onion and garlic in oil, then add meat and fry until brown. Add
mushrooms, tomatoes, stock and some water (app. One fourth l), and simmer for
about 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and oregano. Serve over
any kind of pasta and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
