Recipe - Bok Choy Stir Fry

2 tablespoon Oil
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Bok Choy
1 cup Bean sprouts
1 cup Snow Peas
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
2 teaspoon Chicken bouillon powder
One half teaspoon Sugar
One half cup Water
Heat oil in wok or fry pan. Add salt, bok choy, bean sprouts and snow peas
Stir fry 57 min. Mix cornstarch, bouillon powder and sugar together well
and add to vegetables. Stir fry until glazed and thickened.
