Recipe - Boiled Fish

Ingredients:

2 pound Grouper or any other fish
preferred
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
2 tablespoon Hot sauce
Juice of 2 lemons; limes or
sour oranges
2 Onions; cut or sliced up

Place clean and washed fish in cooking pot Three fourths cover with water. Add salt
and pepper, butter or margarine, hot sauce and lemon juice. Place onions on
top of fish and cook over medium heat until fish is tender. Avoid cooking
to long as fish will fall apart. Yield: 4 servings. Typed by
