Recipe - Bohemia Rice Stuffing

3 cup Cooked rice
2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Soft butter
1 md Onion
Giblets
5 pound Chicken or duck

Combine all ingredients except onion, giblets and duck. Boil onion and
giblets until almost tender; grind in food grinder. Add to rice mixture and
stir. Pack chicken or duck with stuffing as roast as usual. Leftover
stuffing can be baked in a buttered casserole.
