Recipe - Bobs Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients:

1 pound Ground chuck
1 Yellow onion medium minced
4 cup Water
1 cn Carrots with juice
1 cn Peas with juice
1 cn Tomato wedges with juice
1 Bag frozen mixed vegetables;
(western style/country
style)
3 Potatoes; up to 5, cut or sliced up
2 Bay leaves

Brown meat with onion, salt and pepper to taste. After the meat is browned,
add other ingredients bring to boil for 30 minutes. Turn down and cook on
low for 1 One half hours. Simmer for 30 minutes.
