Recipe - Boboli Pizza Crust

1 pack Yeast
One fourth cup Water
2 One fourth cup Warm water
6 tablespoon Olive oil; plus extra for p
5 One half cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt optional
Topping:
Kosher salt
4 tablespoon Olive oil
2 tablespoon Water
Ground pepper
Rosemary
Thyme
Mix together first six ingredients and let rise 3040 minutes. Divide dough
into 3 parts and place in 3 olive oiled pie pans. Dimple dough with fin
gers.
Mix olive oil and water, brush tops with this mixture. Sprinkle on top:
sea salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme. Let rise 50 to 60 minutes. Bake at 35
degrees for 25 minutes. May dip in olive oil. Have checked and rechecked
this recipe and this is how I printed it out. Haven't tried it though. I am
not sure why they have One fourth cup of water and 2One fourth cups warm water, either.
