Boar Spareribs With Sauerkraut recipe makes 4 Servings
Sauerkraut
3 sl Bacon, minced
2 Apples, cut or sliced up
Boar ribs
Cover bottom of roasting pan with sauerkraut. Place over it 3 strips of
bacon, minced , 2 apples, cut or sliced up . Place boar ribs on top, sprinkle with salt
and pepper. Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 1 One half hours. Serve with
sauteed parsnips.
