Ingredients:
Blueberry Yogurt Shake recipe makes 12 Servings
2 cup Yogurt, plain
One half cup Orange juice
freshly squeezed
1 cup Blueberries, fresh; rinsed
1 Banana; very ripe
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth
and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve.
SERVES:4 Preparation Time: 3 minutes
