Recipe - Blueberry Streusel

One half cup Butter
One half cup Sugar
1 Egg
2 cup Allpurpose flour
2 teaspoon Doubleacting baking powder
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half cup Buttermilk
2 cup Fresh blueberries
One fourth cup Butter; cold
One half cup Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Ground nutmeg
One half cup Sugar
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Sift dry ingredients together and add,
alternately with buttermilk, to butter mixture. Pour into wellgreased 9 x
13 pan. Top with blueberries. Mix sugar, flour, and spices. Cut butter into
tablespoons and blend into dry ingredients with a pastry blender. Mixture
should be crumbly. Sprinkle over blueberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 35
minutes.
