Recipe - Blueberry Pie - Sugar Free

Ingredients:

6 cup Frozen blueberries;
defrosted & drained
1 One fourth cup Nutrasweet Spoonful
3 tablespoon Allpurpose flour
2 teaspoon Grated lemon peel
2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Pie pastry for double crust
9inch pie
1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine

Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Line 9inch pie plate with
pastry. Fill. Sprinkle with lemon juice; dot with 1 tablespoon butter (in 4
pieces around pie). Adjust top crust, cutting slits for escape of steam.
Seal. Brush with milk and sprinkle a couple of pinches of sugar onto top of
crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm if desired.
