Recipe - Blueberry Orange Frappe

1 Navel orange; peeled and
sectioned, freeze segments
for at least 3 hours
2 teaspoon Grated orange peel
2/3 cup Frozen blueberries
1 cup Skim milk
Puree the fruit in a food processor or blender, scraping down the
sides with a rubber spatula. Add the milk and process until well
blended.
