2 pack Philadelphia fatfree cream
cheese; (8ounce)
1 pack JellO sugarfree instant
vanilla pudding;
(4serving)
; mix
2/3 cup Carnation nonfat dry milk
powder
1 cup Diet Mountain Dew
Three fourths cup Cool Whip Lite
1 One half teaspoon Coconut extract
1 Keebler butterflavored
piecrust; (6ounce)
One half cup Blueberry spreadable fruit
spread
2 tablespoon Flaked coconut
In a large bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Add dry
pudding mix, dry milk powder, and Diet Mountain Dew. Mix well, using
a wire whisk. Blend in One fourth cup Cool Whip Lite and 1 teaspoon coconut
extract. Pour mixture into piecrust. Refrigerate for about 15
minutes. In a small bowl, combine blueberry spreadable fruit,
remaining One half teaspoon coconut extract, and remaining One half cup Cool
Whip Lite. Spread blueberry mixture evenly over cheesecake filling.
Sprinkle coconut evenly over top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
HINT: Diet 7UP, Diet Slice, or even plain water can be used in place
of the Diet Mountain Dew.
