Recipe - Blueberry Lemon Loaf

1 cup Plus 1 tablespoon water
1 One half teaspoon Grated lemon peel
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine;
softened
3 cup Gold Medal Better for Bread
Flour
2 tablespoon Dry milk
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Fleischmann's Bread Machine
Yeast
1/3 cup Dried blueberries; or
currants
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the
order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust setting. Push
start.
Use of a delay timer is okay.
Makes a 1 One half pound loaf.
