Recipe - Blueberry Cobbler With Cookie Dough Topping

Ingredients:

4 cup Fresh blueberries
One fourth cup Plus 1 tbs sugar
Three fourths cup Orange juice
1 cup Butter; softened
1 cup Sugar
1 lg Egg
One half teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Flour
One half teaspoon Baking powder
1/8 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream

Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring gently. Spoon into a lightly greased
13x9 inch baking dish. Beat butter at medium speed of an electric mixer
until creamy; gradually add 1 cup sugar, beating well. Add egg and vanilla;
beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to butter mixture,
beating well. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls over blueberry mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until lightly
browned and bubbly. Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream.
