Recipe - Blueberry Cheesecake Pie

1 (9" deep dish or 10")
Unbaked pastry shell
1 cn (21 oz) blueberry filling
1 teaspoon Grated lemon peel
(optional)
1 (8 oz) pack softened cream
Cheese
1 cn Swwetened condensed milk
2 Eggs
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Place rack on lowest postion in oven, preheat to 425. Combine filling
with One half tsp. peel' pour into pastry. BAke 15 minutes. In large bowl,
beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually add milk then lemon juice,
vanilla & One half tsp. peel. Pour over filling. Reduce heat to 350. BAke
25 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill. Garnish. Refrigerate leftovers.
