Recipe - Blue Shrimp Fettuccine

4 ounce Blue cheese
8 ounce Cream cheese
One fourth cup Parsley; finely chpd frsh
4 Green onions; finely chped
1 cl Garlic
1/3 cup Dry white wine
2 tablespoon Cream (One half & 1/2)
1 teaspoon Pepper; frsh (to taste)
1 pound Shrimp*
8 ounce Fettuccine
Combine room temperature cheeses with wine and cream in 2qt. casserole.
Add seasonings and shrimp (*cooked, shelled and deveined) and bake in 375*
oven until heated through, about 20 minutes. Toss with 8 oz. fettucine
which has been cooked according to package directions. From Maytag Farms.
