3 One half pound Boneless skinless chicken
breast halves; cut into
chunks
2 cup Olive oil
5 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon Light beer
2 tablespoon Romano cheese; grated
2 tablespoon Parsley
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion; minced
1 teaspoon Oregano

Combine all marinade ingredients. Add chicken and marinate at least 24
hours (preferably 48) Turn chicken occasionally. Skewer and grill. Serve
on Italian bread.
