Recipe - Blue Crab Dip

1 cup Fresh crabmeat
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Cheddar cheese; grated
One half cup Scallions; minced
Freshly ground black pepper
Mix the crabmeat, mayonnaise and grated cheese in the top of a double
boiler. Cook over medium heat until melted through. Stir in scallions
and black pepper.
Spoon onto toasted baguette or crackers.
Serve hot.
