Recipe - Blue Cheese Yorkshire Pudding

1 cup Allpurpose flour
Three fourths cup 2% lowfat milk
1/3 cup Crumbled blue cheese
1 One half teaspoon Sugar
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 lg Egg
1 lg Egg white
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Cooking spray
How to Prepare:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Combine flour, milk, blue cheese, sugar, salt, egg and egg white
in a bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer until smooth. Beat at high
speed 15 seconds; set aside.
3. Divide oil evenly among 8 muffin cups; coat sides of cups with
cooking spray. Place muffin cups in a 450 degree F oven for 3
minutes. Divide batter evenly among prepared cup; bake at 450 degrees
F for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F; bake and
additional 15 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately.
