Recipe - Blue Cheese Tenderloin Steaks

Ingredients:

4 Tenderloin steaks 1"
Thick
2 teaspoon Onion minced
2 tablespoon Cream cheese softened
1 ds White pepper
4 teaspoon Blue cheese crumbled
1 lg Garlic clove halved
4 teaspoon Plain yogurt lowfat if
One half teaspoon Salt divided
Desired
2 teaspoon Parsley chopped

Preparation time: 22 minutes Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, yogurt,
onion and pepper; reserve. Rub each side of the steaks with garlic. Place
the steaks on a rack in the broiler pan so the surface of the meat is 2 to
3 inches from th heat. Broil t to 6 minutes. Season with One fourth teaspoon
salt. Turn and broil 3 to 4 minutes. Season with remaining salt. to each
steak with an equal amount of reserved cheese mixture. Broil an additional
1 to 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Serving suggestions: Steamed green
