Recipe - Blue Cheese Potatoes Au Gratin

4 lg Potatoes (2 One half lbs) peeled
And
Sliced 1/4" thick
1 cup Heavy cream
1 cup Milk
2 tablespoon Garlic, finely chopped
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
6 ounce Blue cheese
2 sl White bread, coarsely
Crumbled
Combine potatoes, cream, milk, garlic, spices and One half cheese. Simmer 57
minutes, stirring occasionally. Put in an 8" square buttered baking dish
and top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350F 3540 minutes until
potatoes are fork tender and top is browned.
Serves 6
