Recipe - Blue Cheese-Buttermilk Dressing (Hl)

One half cup Lowfat buttermilk
One half cup Plain fatfree yogurt
3 tablespoon White wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Coarse ground pepper
One half cup Thinly cut or sliced up green onions
One half cup Crumbled blue cheese; or 2
ounces
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk until blended.
Stir in onions and cheese.
Yield: 6 One fourth cup servings
Nutritional information: 61 calories and 3.1 grams of fat per serving
