Recipe - Blue-Cheese Sauce

1 cup blue cheese;
crumbled
One half cup mayonnaise
One half cup plain lowfat yogurt
One half t sp hot
pepper sauce
One fourth t sp
coarsely ground pepper
In a medium bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Makes about 1 1/2
cups. Serve with chicken. Each tablespoon: About 55 calories, 1 g protein,
0 g carbohydrate, 5 g total fat (2 g saturated), 6 mg cholesterol, 95 mg
sodium.
