Recipe - Bleu Cheese Coleslaw

3 Tart green apples; cored
and chopped
(about 5 cups)
3 cup Thinly cut or sliced up cabbage; (3
to 5)
One fourth pound Bleu cheese; crumbled
1 cup Sour cream
3 tablespoon Grated cheddar cheese
1 One half tablespoon Thinly cut or sliced up green onion;
(1 One half to 2)
1 One half tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Chopped chives
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss well. Cover and refrigerate
