Ingredients:
Blender Breakfast recipe makes 6 Servings
1 Ripe banana, peach, or
Nectarine, peeled, cut up.
One half cup Milk OR
One half cup Lowfat yogurt
1 teaspoon Honey, sugar or maple syrup
1 tablespoon Natural bran
1. Combine banana, milk, honey and bran in blender or food processor.
Whirl until smooth. Pour into tall glass.
