Recipe - Blanco Bean Dip

15 ounce White beans; canned, rinsed
and drained
1 tablespoon Lime or lemon juice
1 Clove garlic; crushed
1 teaspoon Olive oil
One fourth teaspoon Ground cumin
One fourth teaspoon Dried oregano
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until
smooth. Transfer to a medium serving bowl and chill for about 1 hour. This
can be made a day ahead, covered and refrigerated. Makes about 1 One fourth cups.
