One half cup Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Flour
2 tablespoon Butter
One half teaspoon Vanilla
B
3 cup Cut rhubarb
1 cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Flour
1 Egg; beaten
Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Here is one of my mother's recipes. She could really cook. Nadia
Mix "A" to crumble and sit aside.
Mix flour, sugar, and beaten egg, salt and vanilla. Pour over rhubarb and
mix well. Put in an unbaked pie shell. Top with first mixture Bake in
moderate oven until it bubbles in center. Cool. Serve with whipped cream or
ice cream, if desired
