Recipe - Blackening Seasoning (Gc)

Three fourths cup Paprika
Three fourths cup Cracked black pepper
One fourth cup Salt
2 tablespoon Toasted crushed cumin seeds
2 tablespoon Minced garlic
2 tablespoon Minced onion
