5 cup Blackberries
1 cup Superfine sugar, divided
2/3 cup Fresh lime juice, divided
One fourth cup Vodka
One fourth cup Fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon Chambord (raspberryflavored
liqueur)
3 cup Halved strawberries
3 cup Blueberries
1/3 cup Vodka
Place blackberries in a blender; process until smooth. Press blackberry
puree through a sieve into a medium bowl; discard seeds. Add Three fourths cup sugar,
1/3 cup lime juice, One fourth cup vodka, lemon juice and liqueur to black berry
puree; stir well
Pour blackberry mixture into the freezer can of an ice cream freezer;
freeze accrording to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon into a freezersafe
container; cover and freeze until firm.
Combine One fourth cup sugar, 1/3 cup lime juice, strawberries, blueberries and
1/3 cup vodka in a large bowl; stir gently. Let stand 2 hours.
Spoon Three fourths cup strawberry mixture into each of 8 glasses; top each with
One half cup sorbet.
