Recipe - Black Trumpet Mushrooms With Leeks And Garlic

15 g Butter; ( 1/2oz)
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
2 Leeks; finely shredded and
; thoroughly washed
5 ml Fresh ginger; finely
shredded (
; One fourth inch)
2 Garlic cloves; crushed
1 125 gram pac black trumpet
mushrooms; brushed and
cut or sliced up
1 ds Soy sauce
1 pn Salt
1 pn Sugar
1 teaspoon Cornflour
1 tablespoon Water
Place the butter and oil in a frying pan and over a moderate heat
saute the leek, ginger and garlic for approximately 1 minute. Add the
mushrooms and continue to saute for a further 34 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, salt and sugar and if the mixture is wet add the
cornflour combined with the water. Serve immediately.
