Recipe - Black Pepper Shrimp

2 pound Headless fresh shrimp
unpeeled
2 Sticks margarine
2 ounce Can ground black pepper
Place shrimp in a baking pan and completely cover with black pepper, then
with cut or sliced up margarine. Cover and bake in 400 degree oven until shrimp turn
red. Turn over once and cook the other side. When done, mix in juices and
serve hot. when peeled, they get the flavor of black pepper but not the hot
taste. (serves 4)
