Recipe - Black Pepper-Onion Bread

1 pound:; 1 One half pound:
2/3 cup Water; 1 cup
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine; 1T
Three fourths teaspoon Salt; 1 tsp.
2 cup Bread flour; 3 cups
2 tablespoon Nonfat dry milk powder; 3T
2 teaspoon Sugar; 1 Tab.
1 teaspoon Dry minced onions; 1 1/2
tsp.
One half teaspoon Med. grind Java Black
Pepper*; Three fourths tsp.
1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder; One fourth tsp.
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast; 2 tsp.
for bread machine
Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by
manufacturer. * If using a finer grind of pepper, reduce the amount to 1/4
tsp. for either loaf size.
Recommended cycle: Basic/ white bread cycle; medium/ normal color setting.
Timedbake feature can be used.
