Recipe - Black Forest Pie

Ingredients:

1 One half cup Plain lowfat yogourt
1 cup Skim milk or nonfat milk
2 pack (four 1/2cup serv) Redcal
instant chocolate Pudding
mix
48 Fresh/thawed frozen pitted
Cherries, reserve 8 for
Garnish
1 Ready to use 9" graham crust
One half cup Thawed frozen dairy whipped
Topping

In blender process yogurt and milk until smooth; add pudding mix and
process on high speed, scraping down sides of containeer as necessary until
thick and smooth.

Transfer mixture to large mixing bowl; fold in cherries. Spread mixture in
pie crust. Cover and refrigerate until firm, at least 3 hours or overnight.

To serve, decoratively spoon shipped topping onto pie; top with reserved
cherries.

Each serving provides: One fourth milk, One half bread, One half fruit, 105 Opt. Calories

Per serving: 214 Calories, 7g Fat
