Recipe - Black Bean And Rice Salad

2 cup Cooked or canned black beans
(rinse & drained canned)
2 cup Cooked rice
1 One half cup Fresh cilantro
One fourth cup Lime juice
Three fourths cup Oil
One half cup Chopped onion
2 Garlic cloves; crushed
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Mix the beans, rice, and cilantro together in a bowl. Place the lime juice
in a small bowl and whisk in the oil. Add the onion and garlic and toss
with the rice and beans. Add salt and pepper to taste.
