Recipe - Black Bean Salad For Crew

3 cn Black beans; drained
1 lg Onion; chopped
3 Cloves garlic; minced
4 Sundried tomatoes;
oilpacked
One fourth cup Wine vinegar
One fourth cup Oil
Sriracha hot chili sauce; to
taste
Salt and pepper; to taste
Bacon bits; real

Mix onion and balck beans. In food processor blend garlic, tomoatoes, oil
and vinegar. Add salt, pepper and chili sauce to taste. Mix with beans.
Garnish salad with real bacon bits and chopped parsley.

Sriracha hot chili sauce is a Vietnamese sauce manufactured by Huy Fong
Foods, Inc. Rosemead, CA 8182868328. It is a great all purpose hot sauce.

Serving Ideas : Serve on lettuce leaves
