Recipe - Black Bean-Mango Salsa

1 cup Black beans; cooked
2 Whole mangos; peel, seed,
chop
One half Red bell pepper; minced
One half Green bell pepper; minced
One half Red onion; minced
Three fourths cup Pineapple juice
One half cup Fresh lime juice
One half cup Cilantro; chopped
2 tablespoon Ground cumin
1 small Jalapeno; or chile of
choice
Salt and pepper; to taste

Throw the whole mess together, let flavors combine for at least and hour.
If mangos aren't too ripe, this can last for up to 4 days covered in the
fridge.
