Recipe - Bittersweet Fudge Sauce

6 tablespoon Butter; unsalted
2/3 cup Sugar
2/3 cup Brown sugar; dark
1 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup Heavy cream
1/8 teaspoon Salt
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. cook over a medium heat,
stirring constantly, until butter melts. Reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring
constantly until sugar melts and sauce is smooth. Serve warm. Store in a
tightly covered container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. Reheat
over hot water.
