Recipe - Bisquick Homemade

5 pound Allpurpose flour
3 tablespoon Salt
2 One half cup Powdered milk
2 tablespoon Cream of tartar
One half cup Sugar
2 pound Vegetable shortening
Three fourths cup Baking powder
Stir together dry ingredients; cut in shortening until it resembles corn
meal. Place in large container; keep cool.
Biscuits: 3 c. Homemade Bisquick Three fourths c. water Blend and knead about 10
strokes. Cut out and bake in preheated 450 degrees oven.
